It’s that time of year for mock drafts, and on Tuesday, Mel Kiper Jr. released his latest edition. In this instance, Kiper has the New England Patriots drafting Jordan Love with the 23rd overall pick.
While at Utah State, Love put up good numbers. His best season came in 2018. He recorded 3,567 passing yards, 32 touchdowns and six interceptions. His 158.3 quarterback rating was the best at any point during his career with the Aggies.
His best game of the season came on November 9 at Fresno State. In what was a 37-35 win, Love went 30-of-39 on the day, throwing for 388 yards, and two touchdowns.
