Patriots offensive line coach Dante Scarnecchia confirmed to reporters Friday that offensive lineman Marshall Newhouse will be the Patriots starting left tackle moving forward.

Newhouse will be filling in for former starter Isaiah Wynn, who was placed on Injured Reserve this week following a foot injury sustained in the Patriots 43-0 win over the Miami Dolphins last Sunday.
The move will keep Joe Thuney at left guard, instead of moving him to tackle.
