Following in the footsteps of other New England Patriots, quarterback Mac Jones has reached the script of the FOX TV series “Family Guy.”
“Family Guy” is set in the fictitious town of Quahog, Rhode Island, where the show’s main characters, the Griffin family, are die-hard Patriots fans.
Sunday night’s episode included a scene that featured Peter Griffin watching a Patriots game when his wife, Lois, wants to talk to him. He’s OK with that as long as she can shout it over the game. Lois mistakes Peter’s reactions to the game for reactions to her comments, including when Jones fumbles (but recovers the loose football, too).
