Keyshawn Johnson recalled the ‘craziest’ Bill Belichick-Bill Parcells argument he ever saw

Keyshawn Johnson once described the Jets’ 1998 AFC Divisional Round win against he Jaguars as the moment he knew he was “here to stay” in the NFL.

It was his first playoff game, and he had nine catches for 121 yards, a receiving touchdown, a rushing touchdown, a fumble recovery, and an interception.

It was also where he saw what he called the “craziest” interaction he ever saw between two NFL coaches.

Jets head coach Bill Parcells and then-defensive coordinator Bill Belichick had a disagreement over putting Johnson in the game as a defensive back.
