Julian Edelman announced as 37th entry into Patriots Hall of Fame

Former New England Patriots wide receiver Julian Edelman was announced as the 37th member of the Patriots Hall of Fame on Monday.

The announcement was made on the team's social media account. Guard Logan Mankins and kicker Adam Vinatieri were the other candidates who didn't make the cut this year.

Edelman played for the Patriots from 2009 to 2020 and established himself as one of the most dependable receivers in franchise history. He recorded 620 receptions for 6,822 yards and 36 touchdowns during his time in New England. His legendary resume also includes three Super Bowl titles and the Super Bowl LIII MVP.
