New England Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels cannot be named the head coach of another franchise until his season ends after Super Bowl LII, but that won’t stop him from sending marching orders to the Indianapolis Colts over the Super Bowl bye week.
According to NFL Media’s Tom Pelissero, “McDaniels will have his second interview with Colts owner Jim Irsay and [general manager] Chris Ballard tomorrow, sources say. Another chance for planning, etc.”
