There’s a growing belief that Jayden Daniels, who was previously widely seen as the third-best quarterback in the 2024 NFL draft, could go as high as second overall to the Washington Commanders.
However, college football analyst Joel Klatt went with the previous consensus in his first 2024 mock draft. He projects Daniels will go third overall to the New England Patriots, a fit he likes.
“So the Patriots have to go quarterback as well, and for me the number three quarterback on my list is Jayden Daniels from LSU,” Klatt said, per On3.
