One of the more unfortunate patterns throughout Bill Belichick's time as the Patriots' head coach was a list of draft busts, or, at the very least, disappointing draft picks, which became an unforgettable part of his legacy. The Patriots' roster became the victim because of it, as it seemed more often than not, the newest players didn't live up to the belief from the head coach.
That could be said about former first-round selection in 2018, Isaiah Wynn, who was supposed to be a big part of the team's offensive line improvement from day one. He was considered a reach by Belichick, which he had a habit of doing, and the Patriots eventually paid for the overreach.
