Football is still fun for Jason McCourty. If it wasn't, he wouldn't be back with the New England Patriots preparing for the 2020 season.
As McCourty heads into his 12th year – his third with the Patriots – the role he plays off the field is almost as important as the one he plays on it. With over a decade of NFL experience, the defensive back finds himself becoming the player he looked to be in his first few years in the league.
"For me, being able to play for multiple organizations, coaches – there's tidbits that you can take from everywhere, and those guys know that's one thing with me," McCourty said.
