JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Jacksonville Jaguars middle linebacker Paul Posluszny has been cleared to practice with a broken hand.
Posluszny had surgery last Wednesday to repair his right hand, which he broke in three places against Tennessee on Nov. 19. The Jaguars (5-8) believe he might play this week against Atlanta with his hand heavily wrapped.
Posluszny missed his second game of the season last week against Indianapolis. The ninth-year pro also sat out against Tampa Bay with an ankle injury in October.
Posluszny ranks second on the team with 104 tackles this season, trailing Telvin Smith.
