How Bailey Zappe's play could impact Patriots' in draft, trade market

All of a sudden, the New England Patriots have a fairly competent offense.

It took most of the season and a quarterback change for it to happen, but the Patriots have averaged 21.3 points scored over their last three games. They generated just 30 points total from Week 9 through Week 13.

One of the reasons for the uptick in scoring has been the play of Bailey Zappe. The Patriots finally moved on from Mac Jones beginning in Week 13 when Zappe started against the Los Angeles Chargers. Zappe is 2-2 as the starter this season with six touchdowns and two interceptions during that span.
