'He's one of the best ever': Browns eye another shot at Bill Belichick's Patriots

BEREA − Greg Newsome II was a 7-year-old growing up in Chicago when the New England Patriots came within a win of going 19-0.

It wasn't that the current Browns cornerback was a Patriots fan that drew him to that team. It was the fact they had a future Hall of Famer at receiver in Randy Moss that was the draw for him.

However, that team was Newsome's introduction not only to the Patriots, but to their coach, Bill Belichick. Since Belichick was hired as the Patriots' coach in 2000, the organization has become the gold standard in the NFL with six Super Bowl championships, nine AFC titles, 17 AFC East titles and 286 regular-season and postseason wins.
