The New England Patriots are set to take on a Las Vegas Raiders team with a plethora of young talent in Sunday's season opener.
The Patriots could use youth at the tight end position, and the Raiders have one of the best young tight ends in the NFL. This week’s “Gimme Him” is Brock Bowers, a second-year player out of the University of Georgia.
Bowers had a strong start as a rookie, tallying 112 catches for 1,194 yards and five touchdowns in his first year with the Raiders. The 112 receptions were a Raiders franchise record, and the yards and receptions were overall NFL tight end rookie records.
