Former Patriots wide receiver Terry Glenn was killed in a pickup-truck crash in Irving, Texas, early yesterday.
The Dallas County Medical Examiners Office said it was waiting to receive his body to perform an autopsy.
Glenn was 43 and the father of five children.
The fatal crash took place when the Ford F-250 pickup he was in struck a concrete barrier at 12:18 a.m., said Chelsey Jones, a spokesperson for the Irving Police Department.
“The vehicle did roll and the driver was ejected,” she said. “What we know right now is that the vehicle left the lane it was traveling in and struck the concrete barrier.
