Fans won't have to look far to find former longtime New England Patriots long-snapper Joe Cardona. According to ESPN's Adam Schefter on Friday, the Miami Dolphins have reportedly signed the two-time Super Bowl champion.
It's a solid move for the Dolphins bringing in a veteran player with 10 seasons under his belt. Cardona has been one of the more consistent long-snappers in the league with plenty of big-game experience.
There weren't many fans of the Patriots' decision to cut Cardona, but the motives of newly-hired coach Mike Vrabel are clearly understood. The team was looking to rid itself of the old guard by building a new foundation in New England.
