Kendrick Bourne has been open about wanting to re-sign with the New England Patriots.
The wide receiver and former Milwaukie High School star made that desire a reality on Sunday. Bourne re-signed with the Patriots on a three-year deal worth up to $33 million, according to a report from ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
The deal is initially worth $19.5 million and includes a $4.2 million signing bonus plus other incentives.
Bourne, 28, was on pace for a career year in 2023. He had caught a team-leading 37 passes for 406 yards and four touchdowns before tearing his ACL during the Patriots’ 31-17 Week 8 loss to the Miami Dolphins.
