Forgotten Patriots WR makes play of the day at OTAs practice

New England Patriots wide receiver Javon Baker is a name that often gets forgotten with all of the offensive changes for the team. However, he made his presence felt in a big way by making the play of the day at the first open OTAs practice on Tuesday.

It was a leaping grab over All-Pro cornerback Christian Gonzalez. Perhaps the most impressive part about the play was Baker adjusting to an underthrown deep pass from quarterback Drake Maye and still making the play against one of the best defensive backs in the NFL.

It was everything the team hoped they'd see from a player who underwhelmed as a rookie with only one catch for 12 yards last season.
