Forgotten Patriots OL playing new position at training camp

The New England Patriots have tried multiple different players at left guard throughout the spring and early training camp practices. Even second-year offensive tackle Caedan Wallace was seen working into the mix.

Wallace, a 2024 third-round draft pick, appeared in six games and made three starts last season for the Patriots. The team hoped he could fill the void at left tackle, but his struggles on the field, combined with injury woes, put an end to those plans.

Perhaps his fortunes will change as an interior offensive lineman. The Patriots are obviously willing to experiment considering Wallace has been seen taking reps at left guard at the start of training camp.
