After missing Tuesday's practice, New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs was on the field with an ear-to-ear grin on his face on Thursday.
The four-time Pro Bowler has been working his way back from the torn ACL he suffered while playing for the Houston Texans last year. There is no certainty that he'll be ready by the start of the season, but the fact that he was on the field running routes and catching passes is obviously a good sign.
Diggs is projected to be Patriots quarterback Drake Maye's new No. 1 receiving target.
