The first video of New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye throwing to rookie wide receiver Kyle Williams popped up on social media on Wednesday, following the team's second open OTAs practice.
Williams is expected to play a major role for the Patriots on offense. He was a part of the offseason rebuild that also included four-time Pro Bowl wide receiver Stefon Diggs, rookie offensive tackle Will Campbell and veteran tackle Morgan Moses.
The Patriots hope that Williams can help boost their wide receiver group by giving another reliable offensive weapon to Maye. They had one of the worst wide receiver units in the league last season, but they could be on the verge of finally turning things around with all of the recent offseason moves.
