The first image emerged of New England Patriots rookie offensive tackle Will Campbell going head-to-head with third-year edge rusher Keion White at OTAs practice on Wednesday.
Patriots.com's Evan Lazar described the matchup between the two players as competitive with both players having their moments. White has flashed elite potential as a pure edge rusher, but he is still searching for a breakout season.
With that said, he has been a terror to deal with in one-on-one situations going all the way back to training camp last year. So it bodes well that Campbell is already holding his own against White in a setting that should favor the defender, considering the Patriots are practicing without pads.
