Final Patriots 53-man roster projection before cutdown day

The New England Patriots have some decisions to make.

The roster will be cut to 53 players by 4 p.m. ET on Tuesday, meaning that the Patriots must decide who has impressed enough this preseason to earn a spot. While there is the opportunity to add players to the practice squad, they must clear waivers first, which always leaves some unknowns.

As of Sunday night, the Patriots have already released 15 players: TE Jaheim Bell, RB Micah Bernard, DT Philip Blidi, CB Isaiah Bolden, TE Cole Fotheringham, WR Phil Lutz, LB R.J. Moten, DT Kyle Peko, CB Jordan Polk, LB Monty Rice, G Tyrese Robinson, G Sidy Sow, RB Shane Watts QB Ben Wooldridge, and G Layden Robinson.
