Everything Patriots (from vets to newbies) said after battling snow to get to practice: ‘Like ‘Home Alone’ or something’

Bill Belichick has a famous zero-tolerance policy for being late -- at least when it comes to the snow.

Rain, ice snow: It doesn’t matter. If you play for the New England Patriots, you’d better have a foolproof alarm clock, a good shovel and winter tires. Because if you show up late to practice, you’re getting sent right back home.

That policy was famously enforced in 2009 when four players were sent home from practice after arriving late. The move led one of the players, linebacker Adalius Thomas, to delivere this famous quote:

“What do you do?
