Travis Hunter and the latest Patriots mock draft: The NFL Draft is a little over a month away (the first round begins on April 24), and the intrigue continues to swirl around who the Patriots might take with the fourth overall pick.
In the latest round of the ongoing slate of mock drafts, ESPN NFL Draft guru Mel Kiper Jr. projects that New England will take Heisman Trophy winner Travis Hunter.
Hunter, 21, is coming off one of the more impressively versatile seasons in recent college football history. As a wide receiver, he totaled 92 receptions for 1,152 receiving yards and 14 touchdowns (adding an additional touchdown on the ground).
