The New England Patriots are still big-game hunting, even if it means trading a first-round draft pick, according to executive vice president of player personnel Eliot Wolf.
When speaking with media members on Monday, Wolf claimed the Patriots were open to a big trade for the right player. He even went as far as saying the team would be willing to part with a second or even a first-round draft pick in a trade to make it happen.
The Patriots currently still lead the league in available salary cap space. They have the means and motivation to make such a deal happen.
