No one had any illusions that the Jaguars defense would be able to hold New England out of the end zone on Sunday. After all, the unit was down too many players and wasn't playing very well anyway.
Coordinator Joe Cullen said on Thursday that it was a matter of looking at who he would have available in the hours before the game, and go from there.
"Everybody's going through it," he said. "When the ball's kicked off at 1 [p.m.] we'll have a team ready to compete to the best of our ability to win the game.
