FOXBOROUGH – Christian Barmore has entered minicamp with a new perspective after a blood clot diagnosis limited him to four games last season.
The 25-year-old defensive lineman was coming off of a career-year at the time. He had a career-high 8.5 sacks, along with 16 QB hits and 13 tackles for loss. He had signed a massive 4-year contract worth up to $92 million.
The blood clot situation was unlike anything he had faced in his young career. He missed 13 games last season, which was almost double the seven games he had missed over his first three seasons.
