Nobody has a better idea of what Cam Newton is now than Norv Turner.
His offensive coordinator the past two seasons in Carolina, Turner saw Newton light it up in the first half of 2018. The enigmatic quarterback has battled injuries since. As such, Turner thinks the major question mark with Newton right now is a simple one.
“I think the biggest issue that I would have is his health,” Turner said on Sirius XM NFL Radio. “And I would have to think that New England, before they signed him, were pretty darn thorough in terms of making sure that he was healthy.
