CLEVELAND (AP) -- Browns rookie quarterback Cody Kessler has recovered enough from a rib and chest injury to start Sunday at Tennessee.
Kessler got hurt in the first quarter of last week's loss to New England and did not return.
Kessler practiced again on Thursday and following the workout Browns coach Hue Jackson said the third-round draft pick will make his fourth start and face the Titans.
Kessler said he still has some discomfort when he throws, but he's feeling much better after absorbing a hard hit from Patriots linebacker Dont'a Hightower.
