North Carolina Tar Heels coach Bill Belichick is not allowing New England Patriots scouts to attend UNC practices, according to Boston Herald's Doug Kyed.
Belichick officially took the job as Tar Heels coach on December 11. He had an ugly coaching debut with the Tar Heels getting blown out by TCU 48-14 in the season opener. This marked the most points by an opposing team ever in Belichick’s career as a head coach and the most by North Carolina in a season opener in its history.
There still appears to be harsh feelings left over from Belichick’s time with the Patriots for him to go as far as banning scouts from the team.
