In a parallel football universe, Bill Belichick and Robert Kraft parted the closest of friends, Kraft gave Falcons owner Arthur Blank a glowing job recommendation (“he’s so warm and collaborative!”), and Belichick would be coaching the Falcons against the Patriots on Sunday.
This universe is, uh, somewhat different than that. But that doesn’t mean this Patriots-Falcons matchup lacks intrigue, mostly because of the anticipation to see what Most Valuable Player candidate Drake Maye will achieve this week.
