After being cut by Jets, David Harris reportedly signs with Patriots

After being cut by the Jets on June 6, linebacker David Harris has reportedly found a new home. It looks like he won’t have to move very far, as he’ll be staying in the AFC East.

Harris has signed a two-year deal with the Patriots, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter:

Harris was cut in surprise move by the Jets. He was the team’s second leading tackler in franchise history. Now 33 years old, he was also New York’s longest tenured player. He will add obvious experience to an already talented group of Patriots linebackers.
