After taking Saturday off, the New England Patriots were back on the practice field for their final day of open training camp practice on Sunday.
It was a competitive practice that mostly focused on red zone work. The Patriots' offense has struggled in the red zone in practices, while the defense failed to stop the Washington Commanders in the red area in Friday's preseason opener.
The defense won the day overall, but the offense managed to show fight in some areas with two players in particular having a good day for the unit.

Efton Chism's stock continued to grow on the practice field with the undrafted rookie receiver making a play-of-the-day catch over veteran cornerback Marcus Jones.
