It's hard to envision the New England Patriots not being interested in an opportunity to land Washington Commanders All-Pro wide receiver Terry McLaurin.
The veteran wide receiver did wonders for the Commanders' offense last season with rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels under center, racking up 82 receptions for 1,096 yards and 13 touchdowns. He's a strong locker room leader and a golden standard for young receivers to aspire to be in the NFL.
The Patriots were clearly looking for a McLaurin-type when they offered Tampa Bay Buccaneers receiver Chris Godwin a contract averaging $30 million per year.
