The Nevada women’s basketball team fell short in Jane Albright’s last game as coach of the Wolf Pack.
Nevada stayed within three points most of the second half, but Fresno State held on to take a 62-57 win in a first round game at the Mountain West Conference women’s basketball tournament Monday at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas.
Nevada junior T Moe scored a team-high 18 points, grabbed eight rebounds and had five assists as the Wolf Pack ended its season at 11-19.
Albright announced last Wednesday that she will retire from coaching effective at the end of this season.
