The Wolf Pack football team had to wait until the final game of the season but it finally earned a Mountain West player of the week award.
For the second time in his career, Wolf Pack running back James Butler has been named the MW Offensive Player of the Week.
Butler had a dominant performance in a 45-10 win over rival UNLV.
Butler racked up 244 all-purpose yards, setting a career-high with 196 rushing yards on 32 carries, which is the most rushing yards in a game by a Wolf Pack player since 2012. Butler also caught a team-high five passes for 48 yards and scored four touchdowns (three rushing, one receiving).
