The Wolf Pack football team underwent massive changes this offseason – a new head coach, a new set of assistants, 43 new players and vastly different offensive and defensive schemes – but there was always one certainty for the 2017 season: running back James Butler.
The changes were sure to bring plenty of uncertainty as well as a degree of chaos, but Nevada could at least count on Butler, its reigning MVP and one of four team captains, a senior who ranked among the best returning players in the West.
