Nevada's game last Saturday against Boise State drew the 11th-biggest crowd in school history and one of the members of that crowd – Division I transfer Jalen Harris – was so impressed he decided to join the party.
Harris, a 6-foot-4, 190-pound transfer from Louisiana Tech, committed to Nevada on Wednesday night before the team's game at Wyoming. Harris also considered Oklahoma State, Tulsa and Stephen F. Austin, taking recruiting visits to the latter two teams before ultimately pledging to play for the Wolf Pack.
"The atmosphere was great out there, the environment, the love from the fans, all of it was awesome," Harris said of Lawlor Events Center's crowd during the Boise State game, which dovetailed with his visit.
