There’s universal agreement at Wolf Pack Park that the Nevada football team is practicing at a higher level in head coach Jay Norvell’s second season than in his first.
Now, it’s time to see how that translates to games.
With fall camp completed, the Wolf Pack has turned 100 percent of its attention to game preparation. Its first chance to show what it can come do comes Friday (6 p.m.) at Mackay Stadium against visiting Portland State.
The general feeling around the team could be described as, “We can’t wait,”
“We really had a productive summer; I’m really proud of the progress our football team has made,” Norvell said Monday.
