Nevada football will start the 2017 season with a $1.3 million payday and end it with rival UNLV.
The Mountain West released the 2017 schedule and Nevada, under the direction of first-year coach Jay Norvell, will open the year with four non-conference games before oscillating between road and homes games through the entirety of the conference schedule before culminating with the annual rivalry game.
Nevada plays at Northwestern on Sept. 2 in Norvell’s debut. The Wolf Pack will get a $1.3 million check for the game. Nevada then returns to Reno for home games against Toledo (Sept.
