Season tickets for the Wolf Pack football team's 2016 season at the renovated Mackay Stadium went on sale at 10 a.m. Thursday.
The Wolf Pack returns 15 starters from last year's team, which went 7-6 following a win in the inaugural Arizona Bowl.
Mackay Stadium is currently undergoing an $11.5 million renovation that is on pace to be completed before the season opener. The project includes a series of upgrades, mostly to the west side of the stadium.
The additions include an 8,000-square-foot club level to Mackay’s west side, which includes 238 seats, a full-service kitchen and restrooms; 38 four-seat “loge boxes” on the west side; 3,880 permanent chair-backs to replace bleachers; expansion of the east-side suites to include outdoor patio space (and limited renovation to the west suites); widening aisles, putting in handrails and adding ADA seating and ramps; and a new video board and sound system.
