For the Nevada basketball team, close games have been rare and painful this season.
Of the Wolf Pack’s first 12 victories, 11 had come by double-digits. And in each of Nevada’s three games decided by six points or fewer, the Wolf Pack ended up on the losing end, a two-point loss to San Francisco, a four-point loss to TCU and a six-point overtime loss to Texas Tech stinging Nevada.
