Wolf Pack dealt first loss after wilting late in overtime defeat at Texas Tech

The Nevada basketball team led for nearly its entire game at Texas Tech on Tuesday night before being forced to overtime, where the Wolf Pack wilted.

No. 22/24-ranked Nevada dropped an 82-76 decision at Texas Tech in Lubbock, Texas after leading by as many as 11 points in the second half. It was the first time the Wolf Pack has lost when leading at half since Feb. 6, 2016 at Colorado State, snapping a streak of 31 straight wins in that situation.

Nevada (8-1), which fell from the unbeaten ranks, was led by the Martin twins. Caleb scored a team-high 28 points and Cody Martin added 22, but the rest of the Wolf Pack struggled.
