Added together, it resulted in a blowout win for the No. 6/7 Wolf Pack basketball team, which overcome a slow start to run over and around Division I newcomer Cal Baptist in a 90-55 win Monday night at Lawlor Events Center.
The win wrapped up the Wolf Pack’s season-opening homestand at 4-0 and was Nevada’s second in two tries in the Las Vegas Holiday Invitational tournament. The Pack will play its final two games of the event in Las Vegas, beginning Thursday against Tulsa.
