Las Vegas’ Carolyn Goodman and Reno’s Hillary Schieve agreed via social media to a wager on the Wolf Pack-Rebels game — with Goodman being smart enough to make sure she got the points. Nevada is a 20.5-point favorite in the Fremont Cannon battle.
“Ready for a friendly wager, @MayorSchieve? I will take UNLV +20.5 against UNR this weekend,” Goodman asked Monday on Twitter. “Winner sends loser a 2XL T-Shirt of the winning school to wear at an upcoming council meeting.
