The battle for the Fremont Cannon returns to Reno on Friday night, with Nevada looking to stay in the Mountain West’s West Division race and UNLV looking for its first win of the season.
The teams will be meeting for the 47th time; the Wolf Pack leads the series, 27-19. The visiting team has won the last three games in the series, including the 2019 meeting in Reno. That game, an overtime win for the Rebels, ended with a brawl that included both fans and players.
