SAN DIEGO – The Wolf Pack basketball team lost at San Diego State, 79-74, on Saturday night to fall to 26-6 overall and 15-3 in the Mountain West. Here are three takeaways from Nevada’s defeat.
1. Tough path in the tournament
Nevada’s loss at San Diego State had no bearing on the Wolf Pack’s seed in the Mountain West Tournament, but it did make the team’s path to the championship game a little more difficult.
