Three keys for Nevada to beat Utah State

Now, the real big tests begin.

After playing a relatively soft Mountain West schedule – none of the teams Nevada has played in conference have ranked in the top 95 in the nation, per the Sagarin ratings – the Wolf Pack’s final two games of the year, both on the road, offer the most stringent tests the team has faced in two months.

The Wolf Pack plays at Utah State on Saturday before finishing the regular season at San Diego State. Both teams have had big wins and head-scratching losses, but on the whole, they’ve proven themselves as two of the top teams in the MW.
