Trying to figure out which college football teams are going to which bowl is like trying to put together a puzzle with only half the pieces. If you’ve ever tried to do that (I’m not sure why), it’s nearly impossible.
One thing is for sure: The Wolf Pack (6-6, 4-4 Mountain West) is headed to a bowl game for the 10th time in the last 11 seasons. But the destination could be one of 10 or 11 different places.
The MW has tie-ins to seven bowls: the Las Vegas, New Mexico, Famous Idaho, Poinsettia, Hawaii, Armed Forces and Arizona bowls, but the Las Vegas or Hawaii bowl is going to BYU, a non-MW school.
