Nevada has new leadership in place for its athletic department, according to reports.
LSU deputy AD Stephanie Rempe will take over as the Wolf Pack’s athletic director, ESPN national writer Pete Thamel said in a story posted Monday at ESPN.com. She will replace Doug Knuth, who was let go in April after nine years at the university.
Reached on Monday, Nevada spokesman Scott Walquist would not confirm the hire but said an announcement will be made on Tuesday.
"The university has not sent out anything on the new AD," Walquist said.
Rempe brings a wealth of experience from a number of Power 5-level schools.
